Processing and Shipment Times
The average time for a bulk order to ship from DPI Offroad warehouses is 4-5 weeks. You will be notified if all or part of your order is not available and provided with the estimated lead time before the parts ship. Once an order has shipped the average transit time is an additional 3 to 5 business days on ground shipments and 7-10 business days on LTL Freight shipments.
You will be provided with various shipping options at the time of checkout. Dealers are responsible for paying shipping charges on orders less than $2000. Depending on the size of the order, the best method of shipment will be available for you to select at checkout. Shipping options will include FedEx or LTL Freight. You may also choose to use your shipping account. If we use your shipping account, you will be billed for freight after the order has shipped.
DPI Offroad Brands offers free shipping on all orders over $2000.
Once your dealer account is created you will have the option to add and manage multiple addresses. Complete orders must ship to a single address. If you need to place an order that ships to 2 or more locations, please create individual orders and place those orders for each store location.
To cancel an order please call DPI Offroad Brands directly at (800)-595-7659. Due to the high volume of traffic, we will not cancel orders via email. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you request a cancellation after an order has shipped, you may choose to return the product subject to our returns guidelines. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately and we will work diligently to replace the damaged item(s). Please
If your order was lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to track down the problem. In the event of a package being stolen from your property, DPI Offroad Brands will not be held responsible. It is recommended that you contact your local police department.
